No charge. If we're a good fit, we outline a simple scope of work and a monthly fee.
Week 2
02 — Onboarding
Access to ad accounts, Shopify, and email platform. A shared document of current metrics.
A written engagement letter, a signed agreement, and the first invoice by ACH or wire.
Monthly
03 — Ongoing work
Weekly check-ins, campaign management, reporting, and monthly planning sessions.
Invoiced on a monthly retainer basis. Clear deliverables and a standing agenda.
Quarterly
04 — Review
A quarterly review of results and priorities for the coming quarter.

FS Commerce is an e-commerce consulting practice working with direct-to-consumer brands — mostly on Shopify — on the things that actually move a store forward.

Led by Mathias Moslund. Each client is handled directly, without layers of account managers in between. Engagements are monthly retainers, scoped in a short written agreement, and reviewed every quarter.

The focus is narrow on purpose: growth strategy, performance marketing, and the operational side of scaling a consumer brand online.

Retainer payments are received in USD by ACH, wire transfer, or card. All engagements are documented in a written agreement before any work begins.
